Yoga 101 - Sunday May 26 - 1:30-3:30 pm
If you are new to yoga, or looking to learn more about the practice, join us for this intimate and in depth introduction to the basics of yoga. Click on the Registered Programs link to sign up online or call the studio. All students will receive one free week of yoga.

Kids Yoga Summer Camps
Explore the art and science of yoga at our half day camps for kids. Independent children will explore age appropriate yoga poses and sequences, play with breath, take imaginary yoga journeys, create crafts and play yoga inspired games.

We have 4 weeks of camps running this summer. Camps are for children aged 4-12 years. Click on the registered programs link to sign up online or call the studio. Children can sign up for as little as one day, up to one full week.

Registration is now open for the next session of Mom and Baby with Allison Oxoby. Class dates are as follows:

Tuesdays
June 4-July 9
1:15-2:30 pm

Thursdays
June 6-July 11
1:15-2:30 pm

Each session is 6 weeks long. Call the studio or sign up online. These classes are very popular.
