YOGA MANDALA - Yoga for every-body, in the heart of Marda Loop

At Yoga Mandala our goal is to make Yoga accessible to every person, of every age, in a safe and welcoming environment. We have some of the finest teachers in Calgary that offer a range of different teaching styles and approaches to the practice of yoga.

We offer Calgary's most complete Yoga Programming, offering classes for Prenatal, Postnatal, Mom & Baby, Children's programs for all ages, Senior's Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Backs, Restorative and Hybrid Yoga with weights, Pilates ... as well as over 30 drop-in classes for adults of all levels of Yoga experience. We are located in the heart of Marda Loop and look forward to seeing you soon.

Easter Weekend Schedule

Mindfulness Meditation
Doug Maclean's next session of Mindfulness Meditation runs April 27th through June 8th.
This registered class is for individuals who are interested in the practice of mindfulness and meditation; for All Levels.
