"Like many, I didn't find yoga - it found me. And that, as I look back, is a beautiful thing. I came to this practice with hopes of healing a nagging shoulder injury, and while that certainly happened, I've found so many other things as well. Iíve found those things that I believe are a lot harder to experience in our manic lives - such as happiness, peace and the desire to live better. It's yoga that has given me my spark and the audacity to try and make a difference."

Jeff has been teaching yoga for the last 10 years and credits Ron Reid and Hart Lazer as his principle teachers. As yogic explorer, he finds great joy in discovering the connections between the practice and the world around us. Full of life and free of rhetoric, his classes are a genuine expression of what he believes in: courage, evolution and capacity.
