At Yoga Mandala our goal is to make yoga accessible to every body in a safe and welcoming environment. We have some of the finest teachers in the city who are encouraged to teach from their hearts and from the depth of their experience. This means when you come to our classes you will be introduced to different styles of teaching and approaches to the practice of Yoga. We hope this will enable you to find a class, a teacher and a style that resonates with you as an individual.

All of our classes are based on the Vinyasa style of Yoga which uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to build strength, flexibility and balance throughout the body. We also offer Mat Pilates and Barre classes.
We are conveniently located in Marda Loop and offer classes from early morning to evening, 7 days a week.

Come, practice, laugh, tip over, work hard, stand on your own two feet, stand on one foot, stand on your hands, stand on your head, relax and challenge your body, mind and spirit. Join us for the joyful practice of Yoga, in all its splendid diversity and glory.
