New: This Week

We have added a new sheving unit in the main studio for storage of valuables during class. It is at the back of the studio by the studio mats, bolsters and blankets. While personal items may be left in the change rooms, we recommend bringing valuables (wallets, phones, keys, etc) to the studio storage area (or your mat if space allows). Please ensure all items are removed from the studio storage area and change rooms when you leave class. Items left behind will be placed in our "lost & found" bin. Note: While we do our very best to ensure security at our studio, please keep in mind the change rooms do not guarantee secure storage for valuables. Yoga Mandala is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed items.

Prenatal Yoga 85-Hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training - with Sara Villamil
Our own Sara Villamil is once again leading an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Course at Yoga Mandala, four weekends starting November 2017 through January 2018. Please check out the separate "News" item on our home-page or go to Registered Programs for more information. Register online via the Registered Programs tab; receive a $50 "early bird" discount until October 20th!

General Information:
"StudioP" Classes: We recommend using our online sign-up feature to reserve a spot in our Mat Pilates drop-in classes. If you are unable to attend, please CANCEL your reservation (including waitlist) as soon as possible to free up the spot for another client.

Lost & Found: Please ensure that you take ALL of your belongings with you after class, including mats, water bottles, clothing, and so on. Please check at front desk if you think you left something behind within the past week. We love it when lost items find their way home! Unclaimed items are donated to a worthy cause. Yoga Mandala is not responsible for any lost, stolen or unclaimed items.
