Our postnatal programs with Allison Oxoby are perfect for any mother wanting to learn yoga postures to gain muscle tone and strength, ease strain from caring for your baby and carrying all the gear that comes with them! These classes allow you to come to yoga and spend time with baby (or tot) in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment. Recommended 6 weeks postpartum, with babies to crawling stage.
