Drop In Updates

New class: "Yoga for Healthy Aging" with Phyllis Lindsay
Mondays @ 10:30 - 11:30am (Small studio), starting on Monday October 16th
A unique class for those of us with mobility and/or health concerns or simply aging looking for an inviting, non-intimidating yoga class. Improve your balance and strength to prevent falls. Increase your range of motion in joints and spine so daily activities become easier and more enjoyable. We will work with the breath to increase lung capacity. We will practice both traditional and non-traditional yoga poses safely within individual abilities using modifications and various props to bring comfort and security to your practice.

Another new class! "YSB Express" with Kristen Dorland
Wednesdays @ 6:35 - 7:25pm (Main studio) starting Wednesday October 11th
Join Kristen on Wednesday evenings for a fun & challenging 50-minute version of our popular "Yoga for Strength & Balance" classes!

Wednesday "Recharge & Restore" with Andrea starts at a new time - 8 - 9:15pm, effective immediately.
The later timing will result in a better fit for the flow of the class, with the restorative phase falling at a quieter time in the studio. Class starts at 8pm sharp!

Class name change: Kevin's early Wednesday morning class "Strengthen & Stretch" @ 7 - 8am will go by "Yoga for Strength & Balance" going forward, same class with a new name. This early morning class is one of our "yoga with weights" classes. Join Kevin for an invigorating jumpstart to your day!

"StudioP" Classes: We recommend using our online sign-up feature to reserve a spot in our Mat Pilates drop-in classes. If you are unable to attend, please CANCEL your reservation (including waitlist) as soon as possible to free up the spot for another client.
