Yoga with weights! Come get strong and stable in this upbeat and challenging class! Join us for a fun class that incorporates the use of free weights, and other props, to help tone our bodies and challenge our stability. The goal is to build on our established yoga practice, using it as a platform to find a beautiful balance of strength, stability and flexibility. Every level of experience is supported and encouraged; come join us!
