Yoga with weights! Come get strong and stable in this upbeat and challenging class! Join us for a fun class that incorporates the use of free weights, and other props, to help tone your body and challenge your stability. The goal is to build on your yoga practice, using it as a platform to find a beautiful balance of strength, stability and flexibility for improving and enhancing functional movement in your everyday life.
