You may reserve a spot in any drop in class up to one week in advance by clicking the ‘sign up’ button beside the class. (If there is no sign up button: either the class is full, is within 10 minutes of the class start time, or it is more than one week away.)
Pop Up Express Pilates – One time only! Sunday, March 3rd @ 10:45 – 11:45am. Online sign up required as space is limited. Previous Pilates experience will be helpful.
Prenatal Yoga – Prenatal Yoga passes required:
– Prenatal Yoga single class $22,
– Prenatal Yoga 5-pass $96+gst, or
– Prenatal Yoga 10-pass $190+gst.
Prenatal Yoga Drop In passes are available online, though the MIndBody mobile app, or at the studio. They are good for one year and can be used at all designated “Prenatal Yoga” drop in classes. Note: We highly recommend signing up online for the weekly Prenatal Yoga drop in classes (up to a week in advance with PN pass/payment) due to space limitations. Maximum class size = 20.
