You may reserve a spot in any drop in class up to one week in advance by clicking the ‘sign up’ button beside the class. (If there is no sign up button: either the class is full, is within 10 minutes of the class start time, or it is more than one week away.)
Prenatal Yoga – Prenatal Yoga passes required:
– Prenatal Yoga single class $22,
– Prenatal Yoga 5-pass $96+gst, or
– Prenatal Yoga 10-pass $190+gst.
Prenatal Yoga Drop In passes are available online, though the MindBody mobile app, or at the studio. They are good for one year and can be used at all designated “Prenatal Yoga” drop in classes; purchase the Prenatal Yoga pass/package that works best for you as you progress through your pregnancy. (Sorry, as these are drop in passes, with a variety of options to choose from [single, 5 or 10], there are no refunds for unused visits.) Note: We highly recommend signing up online for the weekly Prenatal Yoga drop in classes (up to a week in advance with PN pass/payment) due to space limitations. Maximum class size = 20.
Online sign-up – We recommend online sign-up for all drop-in classes. Please cancel your reservation as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, to keep the spot open for another client. (‘No shows’ may be charged for the class.)
Pilates – Due to limited spaces, online sign up is required for all Pilates classes. If you sign up on the waitlist, you will receive an email if you get into the class (please confirm or decline your reservation upon receipt of email). If there is no sign up button, then the class (including the waitlist) is full.
