At Yoga Mandala we have two studio spaces. Most classes take place in our Main Studio, which has room for 30-35 yogis. Our smaller studio holds up to 18-20 people, depending on the class. It enables us to fit even more great classes into our regular Drop-In Class schedule.
We recommend using our online sign-up feature to book a spot in all drop-in classes. Sign up via our website or with the MindBody mobile app. (If there is no sign up button, either the class is full or it is more than one week away.) Online sign-up (and cancellation) is required for all Pilates.
Cancellation: If you signed up and cannot attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. If you “late cancel” – within 4 hours of class start time – you will still be charged for the class. Cancelling more than 4 ours before class start time opens up the spot for another client (from the waitlist or new sign-up), so you will not be charged for the class. Note – If you get into a class from the waitlist, you will receive an email notification up to 4 hours before the start of the class (please confirm or decline).
Upon arrival – Please add your name to the sign-in sheet to confirm your attendance. Please strive to arrive BEFORE class start time, as late arrival may result in losing your spot if the class fills up.
Teacher Sign-in Classes: Many of our classes are signed in by the teachers, especially on evenings and weekends, so we recommend using online sign-up for all classes. Online sign-up requires already having an active pass (or payment at sign-up), which means all you have to do when you get to studio is add your name to the “sign-in sheet” to confirm your arrival. Please arrive BEFORE class time as the Studio main entrance door will be locked as soon as classes begin.
