This Yoga practice is specifically and carefully designed to support you during pregnancy. It provides an opportunity to develop a deep relationship with your breath, a tool to carry you through this journey to Motherhood. The practice will help improve strength, mobility and balance to bring you comfort and stability. Every class includes relaxation, visualization and meditation. Our Prenatal Yoga program is lead by Sara Villamil, RPYT, who is passionate about the benefits of Yoga during Pregnancy & beyond. (Note: Prenatal Yoga is designed for the special needs and circumstances of pregnant women only; it is not intended for partners and non-pregnant women.)
Our Prenatal Yoga classes show on the regular weekly Schedule. Purchase your choice of a Prenatal Yoga 5x Pass, a Prenatal Yoga 10x Pass or single Prenatal Drop-In. Purchase only what you need as your pregnancy progresses. (Sorry, as these are drop in passes, with a variety of options to choose from [single, 5 or 10], there are no refunds for unused visits. They may be “shared” with another expectant mother.) These “Prenatal drop in” passes are available online or at the studio. Purchase my pass.
Weekly Prenatal Classes:
We recommend signing up online to reserve your spot. You can sign up for a class up to one week in advance as long as you have (or purchase) a Prenatal Yoga Pass at the time of sign up. If you can’t make it, please cancel your reservation online as soon as possible – at least 4 hours before class start time – to open up the spot for another client. Late Cancels (within 4 hours of class start time) will be charged for the class.
