At least 30-40 minutes are a constantly changing medley of timed intervals that are simplified & easily repeated exercises, incorporating weights, bodyweight exercises, & challenging movement patterns designed to challenge your strength, power, balance, aerobic & anaerobic fitness. The class begins and ends with a Kevin-style T’ai Chi influenced Yoga practice. We recommend bringing a water bottle!
The only stone left unturned in this class will be extended aerobic cardio training, which I always suggest people make time for.
