This Yoga practice is specifically & carefully designed to support you during pregnancy. It provides an opportunity to develop a deep relationship with your breath, a tool to carry you through this journey to Motherhood. The practice will help improve strength, mobility and balance to bring you comfort & stability. Every class includes relaxation, visualization and meditation. Our Prenatal Yoga program is lead by Sara Villamil, RPYT, who is passionate about the benefits of Yoga during Pregnancy & beyond.
Our Prenatal Yoga classes show on the regular weekly Schedule. Purchase your choice of a Prenatal Yoga 5x Pass, a Prenatal Yoga 10x Pass or single Prenatal Drop-In. These “Prenatal drop in” passes are available online or at the studio. Purchase my pass.
Weekly Prenatal Classes:
We recommend signing up online to reserve your spot. You can sign up for a class up to one week in advance as long as you have a Prenatal Pass, or purchase a single Prenatal Drop-in at the time of sign up. If you can’t make it, please cancel your reservation online as soon as possible to open up the spot for another client.
