Here are a few helpful tips to make sure you enjoy your experience at our studio.
We recommend you book in advance to save your spot. Check out our schedule and see what works for you.
We pride ourselves in offering a large variety of movement styles & hybrid classes. Please read our Class Descriptions & feel free to ask us for help in finding the right classes for you.
We understand that life is busy. If you are running late or have to leave early, we get it. If our main door is closed/locked, please knock on our side door and someone will let you in.
We love our environment. We have a water cooler in the main studio and a water fountain in the small studio, but no water bottles. We recommend that you bring your own refillable bottle.
If you are brand new to yoga, have an injury or condition, are pregnant or postpartum, please advise the instructor prior to class.
We recommend that you wear appropriate attire: comfortable clothing (such as yoga pants, shorts, t-shirts) and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Outdoor footwear must be be removed before entering the studio. We have change rooms but we do not have lockers; valuables (wallet, silenced cell phone) may be brought to your mat.
