Brian came to yoga a broken and dilapidated athlete. He competed in contact, adrenaline sports which require strength and intensity. Yoga was a change of pace for him, slowly, over time, yoga soothed his chronic injuries and created a pathway for living. Brian learned that fluidity and intention of movement is equally as important as the movement itself. Drop your ego and leave your fears behind, self-doubt is not a part of his vocabulary. He continually strives to create a space where you are your best self.
