Cheryl has been working at Yoga Mandala since 2013. While much of her job is working ‘behind the scenes’, you will usually find her at the sign-in desk on weekday mornings.
After a long banking career and other commitments, Cheryl resumed her yoga practice when she started working at the studio. She increased her practice even more in 2018, after suffering a stroke. She credits practicing yoga – and the support and encouragement of the Yoga Mandala family of teachers and clients – for her successful recovery from this life-changing experience.
