Tracey is an enthusiastic and welcoming person who hopes that in her class, everyone will develop a practice of learning to trust and appreciate their own strength, grace and flexibility and accept their bodies as they are.
Tracey never anticipated becoming a yoga teacher but life is a journey. Wandering the yoga studios of Calgary, a friend recommended Yoga Mandala and she found her home. She completed her teacher training with Kevin and Sara in 2015. Since that time, her desire to share what she has learned through teaching has only grown.
Tracey’s classes will focus on healthy and functional body movement through strength, balance and breath.
